Can someone please explain to me how Poe was completely disintegrated (which I understood is AI death) and is now resurrected (with glitches) with no explanation?
I have Googled everywhere and no article touches this subject.

We get used to how Joel plays Tak and the other actors don't seem to portray the same personality which is incredibly inconsistent.
