Gottfrid Saito is a Yakuza oyabun who commanded the loyalty of Reileen Kawahara after she was sold to the crime syndicate in her youth. A CTAC operation to take him down led to his death at the hands of Reileen after she reunited with her brother, CTAC member Takeshi Kovacs.
