Tech Ninjas were the mercenary group Shinji was in charge of. They all used enhanced sleeves according to CTAC. Their goal was to kill The Yakuza's tattoo artist Holly Togram, who discovered Shinji will make a coup attempt in the Yakuza. Their known engagements were attacking Ken (also known as Takeshi Kovacs), Holly, Reileen Kawahara and several CTAC soldiers in an alley and storming into Yakuza clan compound.[1]
