The Aerium is part of Bay City where the ultra-wealthy Meths live. They are massive skyscraper-like structures (except for Head in the clouds) that are high above the clouds so they do not have to look at the clutter of the city below. The Bancroft family live in Suntouch House located in The Aerium.
