An unidentified security guard is an employee at the Alcatraz Prison in Bay City. He was first seen in the prison lobby, where the newly released and resleeved inmates were meeting with family members from the outside. One of the families were shocked when their six year old daughter, whom had been killed in a hit and run, had been resleeved into an old woman, this process was called "victim restitution". He told the family that she was resleeved from a body in inventory and if the family didn't want it, they could pay for an upgrade or put the sleeve back into storage.
